We offer free Priority Shipping and gift wrapping on all domestic orders, no minimum required!

Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-4 business days. Please take into consideration that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped via e-mail confirmation. For any questions you may have regarding shipping please email us at strandedjewelsinc@gmail.com.

Please note that our Priority Shipping includes full insurance and requires a signature upon delivery for your protection.

Due to the value of jewelry we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

All items are final sale unless defective, at the discretion of Stranded Jewels. Refunds will only be issued for order cancelations received by email to strandedjewelsinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Stranded Jewels does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Stranded Jewels, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Custom orders and/or special customizations are available and require a 50% deposit. Please contact us for more information!

Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Your jewelry is carefully made and hand crafted. Should you require a repair, we offer repairs at no charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please contact us. We are more than happy to repair your jewelry and can quote you the repair charge.

It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and zip code. Stranded Jewels is not held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. Please check your order confirmation email and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
